JTS iLab and the trainee can terminate the present contract no later than 2 working days prior to the course starting date. In accordance with the above-mentioned deadline, the trainee has the right to claim a refund of the 30% of the training fees so far paid. After the deadline has expired, the student ceases to have any right to a refund. Within 10-5 working days prior to the course starting date, the student can claim a refund of 50% of the training fees. In case the student terminates the present contract up to 11 working days prior to the training starting date, they can claim a refund of 70% of the course fee. Should the training be canceled, the school will provide the student with a full refund.
In case the number of trainees is less than 10 trainees in a particular training, JTS iLab has the right to postpone, reschedule, or deactivate the training, and JTS iLab will initiate a full refund of the whole fees.
Please note that by making payment either in full or partial fees of any sort, the trainee commits to paying the full fees, and commits to respect the aforementioned terms and conditions. Should the trainee not pay the remaining fees on or before the due date, JTS iLab has the right to declare the trainee´s spot vacant.
For any unforeseen reasons why the course has to be stopped, JTS iLab will exercise responsibility to reschedule the training dates at the earliest possible time.
Should the trainee need an invoice, this must be requested as soon as possible.
